About the Joint Network
The Joint Network for Coordinating and Supporting Secured Transactions Reforms is a collaborative platform uniting international organizations, financial institutions, academic institutions, and development partners to promote coordinated implementation of modern secured transactions frameworks worldwide. Established to bridge the gap between international standard-setting and domestic reform implementation, the Network facilitates knowledge sharing, technical assistance coordination, and best practice development across jurisdictions. The Executive Committee comprises representatives from UNCITRAL, the World Bank Group/IFC, UNIDROIT, and the International Law Institute, working together to advance sustainable access to credit through harmonized legal reforms.
